Capture your dream date's attention in a way that makes you stand out from the others who may also ask him or her to prom. Your "ask" is either going to put you in the running or cut you from the pack, so you want to give it your best shot.
Decorated Locker
If you're reasonably sure you'll get a "Yes," go to school early and create a memorable surprise.
Decorate their locker with streamers.
